Evans Bank isn't the biggest bank in town. But with over 90 years of experience — primarily in the Southtowns of Western New York — they had a proven track record of customer satisfaction.

Solution

Our thought-provoking branding has challenged the perception that bigger banks have more to offer and has established Evans as the better choice.

Results

With a true presence in the marketplace, Evans has expanded into the city of Buffalo and its northern suburbs and has experienced a 12% increase in core loans and a 13% increase in deposits.

Challenge

Following the 2011 NFL lockout, the Buffalo Bills experienced a significant decline in premium seating season tickets.

Solution

Targeting the corporate crowd, we helped the Bills become a major sponsor of Business First's Social Media Madness event and rolled out our “Lead the Charge” campaign through traditional and digital tactics.

Results

By the conclusion of the campaign, 864 new club seats were sold — the highest sales total in six years.

Challenge

Greatbatch wanted an environment that would reflect its brand, inspire and motivate associates, and make a bold impact on both customers and prospects alike.

Solution

We extended the Greatbatch brand through museum-quality, state-of-the-art interpretive displays; a media wall with an HD brand video experience; a patent wall installation; a main lobby display with a water feature and a tribute to inventors; and a variety of other custom installations.

Results

The grand opening of Greatbatch’s headquarters attracted numerous dignitaries, including University at Buffalo president John Simpson and the County Executive. The branded environment continues to receive accolades for its creative integrity and for the motivational brand story that it conveys.

With more than 15 years of experience and success under their belts, Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak aimed to become the premier firm for insurance defense and coverage litigation.

Solution

Knowing that touting a “proven track record” wasn’t enough in such a competitive field, we positioned KSLN as the firm that offers the optimal balance between superior courtroom skills and unparelleled client service — summed up in the tagline, “Easy to work with. Tough to beat.”

Results

The firm’s message has resonated with insurance companies, self-insured businesses, and in-house counsel of clients involved in insurance coverage disputes. Thanks to its growth and expansion into new practice areas, KSLN was able to renovate and relocate to the Calumet Building, one of Buffalo’s architectural gems — and we were happy to help with the move communications.

Established on the belief that all women and girls should have an opportunity to thrive, the non-profit was transitioning from an entity under a parent organization to its own independent foundation.

The progressive, forward-thinking group deserved a clean, sophisticated, and contemporary brand. The look and feel we created was then extended through a variety of marketing and fundraising materials.

The Foundation saw a 500% increase in its email distribution list, a 300% increase in major print media coverage, and a significant attendance increase at its Breakfast Sponsor Series.

Our campaign positioned the Gates Vascular Institute and Buffalo General Medical Center as the premier destination for heart, stroke, vascular, and cardiac care — featuring all the best specialists in one place.

New Era Cap has set their sights on becoming a $1 billion company by transforming from a sports-focused headwear brand to a fashion-minded lifestyle brand with the introduction of New Era apparel to complement their headwear offerings.

Solution
